Cryosilk armor out of Plane of Fear from the Spinechiller spiders could use a % increase. A lot of armors are set to 10%. Cryosilk is at 2.25%.
Shiverback Hide gear from Plane of Fear is set to around a 4% chance to drop. That could use an increase. Planar gear drops on Phoboplasms could use a percentage increase. They’re at 1.75%.

An abhorrent in Plane of Hate could use a % bump on gear. The abhorrents have a 10% chance on rare gem drops, which is nice. A forsaken revenant, a kiraikuei, a haunted chest, a scorn banshee, a spite golem, and a cleric of Innoruuk can use a massive % bump on gear and rare gems. An ashenbone drake can use a % bump on rare gems. There’s just not going to be enough gear or gems dropping the way its constructed now. 7 - 10% across the board is pretty reasonable, I’d think. A loathing lich doesn’t seem to have Wand of Conflagration itemized at all. Not sure if Voidd took that out or if it just wasn’t itemized. Encyclopedia Necrotheurgia seems fairly low drop rate from the Ashenbone Broodmaster. Might be a positive thing to increase that some.
