Transfer information into NetworkManagerDart

NetworkManagerDart need to get information from SmartDeviceDart or vice versa or the application to talk to them separately.
Take into account that NetworkManagerDart probably does not receive new information frequently.

1. Need to transfer WiFi ssid and password of the home for the device to connect, only needed in NetworkManagerDart.
2. Need to transfer the cloud credentials NetworkManagerDart in order to get new password in and have secure way to log into the device and get information in case SmartDeviceDart stop working.

Easy way for the app to connect new smart devices to the WiFi

We need easy way for the app to connect this device to the WiFi.

We currently have a way to connect the device to the WiFi if the app get the IP but getting the IP does not happen by default.

Security Bear will provide the app with the device IP after it has been connected to the first priority hotspot.
I suspect that we can know the App device/hotspot device IP because it will be the default gateway IP.

NetworkManagerDart create random password for hotspot to connect and update it in the cloud

Create random hotspot login password to connect and update that new unique password into the cloud.
This is done in order to get new and none default password and have secure way to set new WiFi password if it was changed without warning to the devices or log into the device and get information in case SmartDeviceDart stop working.

Preferably all devices will have the same password, that password will be updated when the home WiFi credentials was changed or user decided to changed it.
All devices must have acknowledge that their password pass changed.

Change project structure

Big change to project structure, this repo should contain only the needed code to run it.

Currently it also includes the files needed for it to run as snap, they should move to a different repo and get updated to the new project folder structure.

Save networks localy.

Security Bear need to save the networks that have been set up by the user.

Both first (admin) and second networks that was sent to it through grpc request (when new smart device was set).

For that we need to add local storage, the process was started using hive.

Every time that the software is starting it should check if there is saved networks locally and set them if there are.
