SVs in K562

Hello,

Congratulations on the SMOOTH-seq, it is going to be an useful method.
I was going through the paper and I could not find the list of SVs identified in K562 cell line. There is one sup. table for CRC (add. file 5) but not for K562.

Would it be possible to share the genomic positions of all the SVs identified in K562?
Thanks in advance!

input file format

The input file for the first pbindex step should be in bam format for Pacbio and have information in the first line such as barcode and experimental conditions, but the data provided in the thesis is in fastq format and it is not clear how it should be converted.
