Kinesis Advantage keymaps and settings

• Swap ESC and CAPS
• Make DEL a KP-on-hold layer key
• Bind KP layer + hjkl to vi hjkl navigation
• Move brackets [] under right index finger (displaces arrow keys)
• Move arrow up and arrow down to right ring finger
• Swap arrow up/down to arrow down/up to mirror vi (j and k)
• Swap tilde~ under left index finger
• Move arrow left and arrow right to left ringer finger

Install

1. Enable keyboard power user mode: PRGM + SHIFT + ESC
2. Mount keyboard drive: PRGM + F1
3. Copy/merge files to active/ directory in the keyboard drive
4. Unmount keyboard drive: PRGM + F1
