Receiving Error "Not a Directory" with ibpm

cd ibpm-master/build/ibpm -geom /Users/.../Examples/cylinder.geom

I'm trying to run this command but receive the error "Not a directory", it was my understanding that this would build the cylinder files.

Pitching example doesn't work correctly

The pitching example runs and outputs real numbers for the forces. However, even in timestep 0, there are some nan values in the flow field. By timestep 25 (the next saved Tecplot file), the entire flow field is populated by nan values.

Unable to compile Makefile.

I am using ubuntu 20.04 LTS. I have all fftw library in place as directed in the manual.
I am constantly getting the error in Makefile.

It would be nice for the README to be in markdown or rst, so it displays nicer on GitHub.

Plunging example doesn't work correctly

The plunging example runs, but the force values are nan, starting from timestep 0. The flow field at timestep 0 is populated with zero values, but as of timestep 10 all values are nan.
