Unable to lookup or upload contact gating this error

We're sorry, but something went wrong.

If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.

After uploading csv with contacts and clicking Run Lookup, the app redirects to the contact page and no further activity takes place.

On the dashboard Processed contacts: remains at 0

When attempting contact lookup it fails.

Could somebody please upgrade the ruby version so I can use this? I would do it myself but I am way to busy at the moment, could someone help me out here, please?

When I try to deploy to Heroku, it fails and gives the following message:

Error: can't write unknown attribute
thats what i get when i upload bulk numbers in csv file
