To preview this site you will need ruby installed on your system. Given that, you can run gem install jekyll bundler.
With those gems installed, the site can be served via bundle exec jekyll s which will start a server (by default, http://localhost:4000) from where you can preview the site.
Updating the speakers and sponsors can be done from the respective .yml files in the _data directory by following the existing examples.
