Adding a Matrix community.

Greetings, We come from Matrix and think that our community, The Apothecary, would fit in here.

Though it is unclear what the best way about pointing to it would be. The community consists of mostly trans folks, but not exclusively, and we do have a dedicated trans room, but linking to just that kinda misses that there's a larger space around it. Could link both the space and the room, but that seems a little redundant, probably fine if done compactly, though.

minor typo in project description.

Great job here; this is helpful as an ally. Minor misspelling in the About section on the right. I only noticed it as a header auto-populated with it when I posted it elsewhere. Bless & have a good one.
