This bug only appears when you've just turned on your computer and started the bot in a Docker container. However it does not appear with 100% probability.

I do try to handle this bug, but it is very difficult.

For now I am always trying to turn on a bash -x option with the first start of the bot to watch what's going on at the moment.

To fix this you can /reboot your bot again, but anyway, this is not cool.
I'm thinking about new way of /reboot and I'm not sure if it's needed at the moment

It's will be perfect if we will see smiles depending on current weather. Happy smile for sunny weather, sad smile for rainy and so on.

It will be nice, if I would can send '/weather all' command, which show the current weather in all saved places for users in chat, who specified it.

For example:
User> /weather all
Bot> Moscow: +15, cloudy
St. Petersburg: +10 rain
Syktyvkar: +12 clear

I think it's very difficult to fix this problem.
To temporarily fix it I have created a symlink into /
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root ... bashbot -> /path/to/my/bashbot/
And now it works fine.

If you know how to fix it, please let me know.
