fix boost formula

the section on "Formula" looks unfinished
it doesn't explain how you go from the newly named "earning weight" to the boost, nor how that will be used to compute the yield
it's also problematic (but one from the old page) in that none of these terms like "DollarProvided", "TotalLiquidity" are explained

oracle docs for twocrypto-ng and tricrypto-ng

add detailed docs or ema oracles for twocrypto-ng and tricrypto-ng pools

doc: pegkeeper v2

Add documentation for PegKeeper v2:

Contracts to cover:

• PegKeeperV2.vy
• PegKeeperRegulator.vy

Additionally, update some stuff on the PegKeeperV1 docs and make is visually more appealing.

Documentation for LLAMMA lending markets

Add documentation for LLAMMA lending.

All contracts are in the lending branch of curve-stablecoin, which is confusing because it has nothing to do with stablecoins.

You primarily want to focus on the following contracts:

1. The contracts/lending folder.
2. LLAMMA lending only uses SemiLog monetary policy
3. Controller and AMM implementations are the same (they are generalised). But there are still some changes introduce to accommodate this generalisation.
