Seq, Series_L, ContainerType1, Container1, ContainerType2, Container2, OLD_Subseries3, unittitle, subseries3, subseries4, subseries5, Subseries1_L, Subseries2_L, Subseries3_L, Subseries4_L, Subseries2, Subseries5_L, Date, HeadingY, Note1, Match_field_headings, Subseries1, Note2, Series, Bio_Note, Bio_NoteType, Note1Type, Note2Type, Note3Type (Terry)

Dates: The dates are provided in the "date" field wherever possible; the problem is that, in the older part of the collection, they are also part of the "unittitle." We may want to remove the dates that are in curly braces from the unittitle field (I haven't removed them myself it just because I would like to ask you to do me a favor and check that all the dates were indeed copied over to the date field - I used macros and functions, and may have missed some special cases). The ones without curly braces are actually part of the folder name and should stay in both fields (the unittitle and the date).

Sequence numbers: some numbers in the "Seq" field now have decimal points (i.e. "7837.5"), since in many instances I replaced a single line of the old finding aid with a number of lines that contained new (more detailed) information - and I still wanted to be able to sort file by sequence number and get a meaningful ordering.

(1) Aggregate the titles from the fields "subseries3", "subseries4" and "subseries5" into a single "unittitle" field (Terry)
