Add script repository engine as a standalone library

Add provider to get scripts from the database

We need to implement CUBA-compatible provider for groovy scripts that will get text from the DB

Implement CUBA UI for script review and script text update

UI with a list of all extension points listed and ability to write groovy for them. Script to be stored in the database. In UI, using reflection, we can show what is parameters are available in the script and what return type is expected.

Add a possibility to configure script repositories via custom XML

We need custom XML schema as well as tag handler and parser to deal with config. In config we'll have a list of base packages to scan and map <CustomAnnotation, <ProviderBeanName, ExecutorBeanName>>. We need to be able to handle custom annotations

Implement script repositories injections

Need to add script repositories into application context so they can be injected into services or UI
