Find out about Syntax Errors

Specifically:

1. Where/when exactly should they be printed?
2. How/where is yyerror_count incremented?

Lots of "shift/reduce conflicts"

Test edge-case recursive array declarations parsing

E.g.

How to implement type decls

Idea: Implementation might be similar to @defmacro translation in .l file

Find out about compound data types & "type" declarations as specified in project pdf

and parsed to C code accordingly ?
