Compiling a set of packages on a new windows 10 box, new conemu console. Got:

Found INCL_PATH_UNIX=c:/local/include
Found dependency_lib_names='datatypes moirai'
about to call msvs:::create_makevars_from_template
Error: object 'msvs' not found
Execution halted
called msvs:::create_makevars_from_template
INFO: Created ./src/Makevars.win

It seems that msvs::: is the cause. Using library(msvs) ; instead seems to resolve the issue. This is very odd as prior calls to rscript in msvs's configure.win.part also using triple colon appear to succeed.

config-utils/automation/az-artifact-dl.sh: line 75: ((: 10#0 > 10#: invalid integer constant (error token is "10#")

Then the script goes on stating incorrectly that "the Version number already the latest: 0.1.18"

Looks like a "carriage return" SNAFU from the DOS world.
