@alexwhan What's your thoughts about switching to github actions which looks much better than travis-ci?

Would be nice to cover some basic usage as well as the setup

remove unnecessary comments, do spellcheck

I can't get this working at the moment because I'm getting an internal server error on my zenodo/github integration page. Have asked for help https://gitter.im/zenodo/zenodo

It can be tricky to do local testing of a model that is designed to run on senaps.

Need a way of

• testing whether a model is running locally or not
• building a context list object based on a manifest.json
