main's Issues

Week 9: Update UserGuide

  • e.g. update coming in v1.2 to since v1.2
  • replace UI mockups with actual screenshots
  • add/update feature descriptions

V1.2 Tag the team repository

We need to tag the repository with V1.2.
In the 2103T website, the instructions are A new version tagged v1.2 is in your repo.

Are we supposed to use the git tag command to tag the commits? Something related to this?

Update AboutUs

[follow format closely]

We need to:

  • replace info of SE-EDU developers with info of our team, including a suitable photo (the photo should meet the guidelines mentioned on the CS2103 website)
  • each team member's photo should be in doc/images/github_username_in_lower_case.png e.g. docs/images/damithc.png
  • indicate the different roles played and responsibilities held by each team member (which can be reassigned later)

Note: please read the More About Roles and Responsibilities section in the module website. It's in Todo > Admin info to read > Admin Project v1.1

Week 8 Enhancements

Let's decide what we're going to be working on for v1.1.
Comment your preferences below, so we can decide what each of us will be doing. Thanks!

Update UserGuide

We need to:

  • describe what the product would be like when it is at v2.0
  • mark features not implemented yet as 'Coming in v2.0'
  • we can use UI mockups where necessary

Developer Guide: add Feature Contributions

We need to add a new section called Feature Contribution in Appendix B of the DevGuide.
Deadline: 2359 19th March, 2018.
[this section can be updated later to reflect what each of us has done by milestone 1.5]

Update README

We need to:

  • add a UI mockup of our intended final product
  • image of the UI should be docs/images/Ui.png so that it can be downloaded by their scripts
  • restructure README.adoc to look like the home page of a real product (not a school project) targeting real users e.g. remove references to addressbook-level3, Learning Outcomes etc. mention target users, add a marketing blurb etc
  • remove the Learning Outcomes link and related pages.
  • acknowledge the original source of the code i.e. AddressBook-Level4 project created by SE-EDU initiative at https://github.com/se-edu/

Week 9: Update DeveloperGuide

  • each of us should describe the implementation of at least one enhancement we've added (or are planning to add)
  • 1+ page per person

Description should contain:

  • How the feature is implemented
  • Why it is implemented that way
  • Alternatives considered

See the example for Undo/Redo.
