some parameters has to be made editable by users in estimate_global_transform application The code for globalTransformEstimation application is in github branch - https://github.com/CS-SI/OTB/tree/estimate_global_transform_app some parameters are hard coded for optimizer parametrization, some of them has a great impact in covnergence process, thus they should be set by user
add an example and ctest for chambolle filter The code for chambolle filter is in github branch - https://github.com/CS-SI/OTB/tree/chambolle_filter The filter needs an example and sample test before creating a pull request to upstream
estimate_global_transform application doesn't work with georeferenced inputs The code for globalTransformEstimation application is in github branch - https://github.com/CS-SI/OTB/tree/estimate_global_transform_app estimation of transform parameter is wrong when using georeferenced inputs, even if they shared the same SRS and geographic info. Using the same inputs in sensor coordinate systems result in correct estimation.
