Correctly implement different NMS Version support

Prevent MovablePlayerNPC getting removed in peaceful difficulty

Load skins from plugin folder

Make it possible to load skins from the plugin folder on start and by command and make them useable on runtime

• /loadskin <filename> reloads a file by the given filename. Escape given path for security reasons
• /reloadskins reloads all files

Add documentation to all features

Currently a lot of the features and settings are not documented. These should be documented using the Javadoc or Readme

Nexus is still not working.

Update all text / display related properties to paper components

Currently all text or display implementation are still using the deprecated String approach instead of using the paper component based approach. This should be changed to use the full potential of the "new" paper feature
