CEOS Open Data Cube Notebooks

The CEOS Data Cube Notebooks is a collection of Jupyter Notebooks in a JupyterLabs environment using the Open Data Cube to analyze satellite data.

Installation

First follow the instructions in the Environment Setup Guide if you have not yet.

Follow the instructions in the Open Data Cube Database Installation Guide to setup the Open Data Cube (ODC) database.

Follow the instructions in the Operation Manual to set up and operate the Jupyter Notebook environment.

Some notebooks make use of Google Earth Engine (GEE) data. For information on how to set up and use the ODC-GEE integration package to load data from GEE, see this documentation page.
