Build new ECR deploy script

Need to set up a new AWS account and update Travis with creds.

Develop new Travis test suite

In removing the terraform aspect of the pipeline, will be needing to come up with a new test suite for the test app and new features added to it.

Create a new README with multiple improvements

Looking to update and include:

• the travis-ci build-passing / not passing html button
• Description of pycspr environment and the tests run against the image
• Breakdown of dockerhub deploy script
• information about ECS deployment

Confirm Docker_deploy.sh functionality / rewrite

Develop tests for pycspr script

Test to get blocks, transfers, deploys, events, etc.

Fix Dockerfile to build pycspr python env successfully (3.9.7)

Need to update Dockerfile to build a python environment successfully.
