Use Symfony built-in method to login in functional tests

This change will make the tests faster and the tests will not necessarily depend on the login anymore.

A project can be created with a blank name

The automatic validation from the doctrine annotations does not seem to work properly.

Add random slug instead of ID for URL

IDs have several problems, including that users can know approximately how much data is created in the application when IDs are used. The various benefits can be found on the Internet.

The web server occasionally fails to write the logs folder

When the API documentation page is refreshed after a modification in the code. This error occurs: Unable to write in the "logs" directory (/var/www/smarterd/var/log)
