Need to grab metadata on the input video file to grab the metadata for later use and also discover the

• audio codec details
• video codec details

This is so we can match the framerate of the bumper video and the blank audio stream.

Metadata will also be used later for other features.

Perhaps only have the following:
initialize -> encode(#) -> finalize

Look into the potential to generate a report output in html to display metadata and make things searchable.

• Pull out audio
• Encode Audio
• Segment Video
• Encode each segment
• Concat segments
• Add audio

Output the file into folders by resolution.
