I just installed the plugin and I don't have keyboard shortcuts for each of the actions.

First of all, this is an awesome plugin
At the moment the shortcuts are:
"Ctrl+ Alt + Numpad" for shrink/extend
"Ctrl+ Shift + Alt + Arrows" for large shrink/extend
Which is not consistent.
"Ctrl+ Shift + Alt + Numpad" doesn't work in windows 10

does not work, stays at 10px increments! even going to the settings

Describe the bug
When the Large Nudge or the Large Extend/Shrink function is used multiple times in a row in a shared XD file (co-editing), the shape or text that you're moving starts lagging behind.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a shared XD file (co-editing)
2. Make a shape or a text field.
3. Hit Large Nudge or Extend/Shrink Width/Heigth a few times in a row
4. See error

• OS: Mac
• Plugin Version 1.1.4
• Adobe XD Version 28.2.12.3

Currently keyboard shortcuts have to be set at the MacOS level - which doesn't work for windows.

Add keyboard shortcuts to the manifest.json file - keyboard shortcuts are now supported:

Describe the bug
I installed the plugin, at the beginning I was able to see correctly the "Plugin settings" window, where you can insert the value of the increment, the default value was 8px. I set the shortcuts following the instructions but after that, the plugin is not working, and opening the window of the settings I cannot see anymore the field where to put the value (see screenshot attached to the description). Currently, I can't use the plugin. When I try to move an object by using the shortcuts things are not moving at all, it just appears a temporary selction on the plugin voice in the top bar menu of Adobe XD when I click the sequence of buttons but the object selected doesn't move.

• OS: macOs Catalina Version 10.15.7 (I cannot update at the new version of the operative system as the computer is an iMac Late 2013)
• Plugin Version 1.1.4
• Adobe XD Version: 39.0.12.12 Creative Cloud Sync 4.9.0.19

Additional context
I tried to uninstall the plugin more the one time, reset the shortcuts e reinsert them, uninstall Adobe XD in the normal way and also by using the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, unfortunately, the plugin still doesn't work.
