ATT availability API inoperative

Doing some recent tests from multiple locations, it looks like the existing API these tools use may have changed in some way so these tools aren't functional at this time. Will look into it when I have the free time. No ETA or promises yet. I'll gladly accept any input/assistance if anyone else is interested in tackling it.
