Missed presentations

There is a lot of presentations whic are missed. For example, presentations of Sutter, Stroustrup, Alexandrescu, etc. Are you going to publish these presentations as well?

The PDF file "Back To Basics: Virtual Dispatch And Its Alternatives" contains a few distorted pages

Original PDF contains distorted pages caused (most likely) by the conversion from a dynamic presentation in PowerPoint (or the like) to PDF. As a result, some pages (listed below) have overlapping text, so it is hard to understand what are those pages about.

How to reproduce:

  • open PDF and see affected pages: 6, 8, 14, 15.

Could the administrator be so kind as to update the PDF (after all appropriate checks) from the following link with a corrected PDF: https://dropmefiles.com/cOwoM
(the link stays alive only for 6 days).

What was done:
I've edited the original PDF and restored the text close to what was in the original (video) presentation by Inbal Levi.
Page 16 was inserted, since it was missed (or rather 2 pages where squeezed into one) as a consequence of a dynamic nature of original a la PowerPoint presentation, so updated PDF has +1 more page.

Sincerely yours, Alexey Mission.
