Observing this error when running with cucumber 2.3.2:

cannot load such file -- cucumber/formatter/gherkin_formatter_adapter (LoadError)

I searched through cucumber-ruby for where gherkin_formatter_adapter has moved to, but could not find anything in https://github.com/cucumber/cucumber-ruby/tree/master/lib/cucumber/formatter
nor
https://github.com/cucumber/cucumber-ruby/tree/master/lib/cucumber/gherkin/formatter
nor via search.

Where did this formatter go, and how does one find it?

Currently only exception are captured. There is no indication when there is an unsuccessful send(such as a 401). Anything other than a 200 response should lead to an error/nag message/etc.
