On the elastic theme, after hitting "c" to enter compose mode, the To: field is not highlighted. Also, there is no way to tab to the field without first to exit insert mode.

To reproduce:

1. compose a new message
2. start entering text in body
3. move cursor to another part of the body message
4. switch away from browser to another open application
5. switch back to browser

You can no longer type into the compose field after switching back. Ideally, the body field would be refocused automatically and cursor would remain in the same location. This is how it works without muttcube installed.

Workaround: hit the escape key and then click in the field or double click somewhere in the body field and start typing again. While this works, it causes causes you to lose your previous cursor position, which is annoying.

you require jqueryui, but I cannot find the plugin.

I switched to elastic theme. The "t" command does not focus on the To field. I've hacked the key-map.js:

        key_0000_T: {
            command: "$('ul.recipient-input input').focus()",

But this fix breaks other skins.

I am using the Larry skin. I've read through the documentation but I can't figure out how to enter "Folders mode" so I can traverse the folders in the left pane. Thanks.
