The headings must appear in the given order:

  • Home isolation
  • Isolation room
  • Bed with oxygen support
  • ICU
  • ICU with Oxygen Support
  • ICU with Non Invasive ventilator
  • ICU with Invasive ventilator
  • Gynaecology ward
  • Paediatric ward

In a separate section, the following details may be shown:

  • patients registered
  • live patients
  • discharged patients
  • Total consultations filed (already there on the dashboard)
  • Total patients shifted

District map on capacity dashboard: Incorrect

On the district capacity dashboard, when filet for Government hospitals are enabled, and on the map filter, ordinary beds are selected, only 2 entities show up on the map.

This is incorrect.

Please check the representation on data on the map.

BUG: burn rate incorrect on dashboard- oxygen

This bug was observed in various facilities.

The burn rate was highly inflated for many facilities.

The personally checked this facility. At no point has the facility entered such high consumption.

The same bug was reported for the following facilities:
Akshaya
lourde
devamatha
CA hospital,
ps mission hospital
SREE Narayana

Please fix it at the earliest

Occupancy details on oxygen dashboard

When the user hovers his cursor over the facility name in the table, he must see a hovering window with details of bed occupancy of the facility in a table as below:

Bed type: n/n : expected oxygen consumption
Oxygen bed: n/n : 7.4 * n/hr
ICU: n/n : 10 * n/hr
Ventilator: n/n : 48 * n/hr

Bed occupancy on oxygen dashboard

Need one column for bed occupancy on oxygen dashboard

The bed occupancy must show sum of people admitted in

  • Oxygen beds (COVID, Non-COVID, KASP, general)
  • ICU (COVID, Non-COVID, KASP, general)
  • Ventilator (COVID, Non-COVID, KASP, general, invasive, non-invasive)

This is only needed in the facility table in the oxygen dashboard
The column maybe added right next to name of the facility

Update Bed Typed

Do sync the list with new bed types.
We may even have to think about the design.

export const BED_TYPES: Array<OptionsType> = [
  { id: 1, text: "Normal" },
  { id: 2, text: "Hostel" },
{ id: 3, text: "Single Room with Attached Bathroom" },
  { id: 10, text: "ICU" },
  { id: 20, text: "Ventilator" },
  { id: 30, text: "Covid Beds" },
  { id: 40, text: "KASP Beds" },
{ id: 50, text: "KASP ICU beds" },
];

I feel like we could also think about choosing the bed types as a filter.

Throws me straight to this 404, is there anything missing in the docs for setting up locally?

When taking export from the capacity dashboard, all facilities tagged as "general hospital" facility type appears as PVT. It should be GOVT.

similarly, CMCs, CFLTCs, CSLTCs also appear as PVT.

Data visualization for capacity

  1. For the next version, We should visualise analog / speedometer sort of dashboards that can at a quick glance show the percentage that is full.

  2. Alongside the outer circumference of the speedometer dials, the percentages from 0 to 100 may be given which show the % filled.

  3. Alongside the inner circumference, where the dial points to, the actual number of units (beds, ventilators,ICU’s or Rooms) used may be shown.

4: At the base of the each dial, the total capacity may be kept fixed so that at a single visual glance, anyone can read and register a visual image in their mind of

  1. Total capacity

  2. Percentage filled

  3. Actual units filled

  4. Alongside each dial, We need one buddy-dial which shows the rate of change in capacity utilisation/day indicated like an amp meter of old bullets which had -ve/+ve , which can show at what pace is the capacity utilisation accelerating or decelerating.

  5. The accelerating side / right side should be coded red and the left side showing green.

  6. This buddy-dial will gives a visual idea whether the capacity utilisation is going higher or lower and when read along with the overall capacity utilisation dial, can give a sense of whether the system operator should feel “safe” or at “alert” or at “danger”.

We should finally have a system capacity breach date which can indicate when the capacity will breach.

We can start with a simplistic notion of when the capacity will hit 💯% based on parameters of current utilisation + 5 day standard moving average of (rate of change).

So if capacity is 100, and utilisation is 80 and 5 day moving average of (rate of daily change) is +10%, then the system will hit 💯 capacity in next x days.

We can calculate the Exponential Moving Average as if the trend is +2, then

capacity facility filter

in the table, search bar, when a facility is typed it gets refreshed and the filter disappears every 2 minutes

Oxygen dashboard

Showing low stock set by thew hospital, in red in dashboard doesn't make sense and add any value to the district team that uses the oxygen dashboard

What is required is to mark the entries, oxygen that will run out within 8 hrs

This will help the district team to quickly identify the hospitals that may need oxygen soon
