Describe the solution you'd like
As an editor I am working with a rather large dropbox repository and finding the right document by browsing the folders is cumbersome. Being able the search in the dropbox would allow me to concentrate on what's important.

Additional context
The Content Hub offers a search API. Why not using it.

I cannot create content from images of the cloudinary repository.

In CloudinaryContentHubTransformer#getMediaProperties, the item has the name "Diving_Header" (which is a picture in Matthias' test account). Without an extension, Tika cannot derive a reasonable mimetype from this name and ends up with application/octet-stream. Studio does not know how to handle an application/octet-stream blob -> Fail!
