I have installed latest version of Python and Anaconda. While Installing Theano I tried the following commands and they worked well:
conda update conda
conda update --all
Next I type following command
conda install mingw libpython

I get the following error:
UnsatisfiableError: The following specifications were found to be in conflict:
-libpython -> python 2.6*
-> python 3.6*
use "conda info " to see the dependencies for each package.

    output_re = input_re - 2. / vstarv * (d - c)
    output_im = input_im - 2. / vstarv * (a + b)

should be

    output_re = input_re - 2. / vstarv * (a + b)
    output_im = input_im - 2. / vstarv * (d - c)
