PyPi package squatted

I've squatted the old PyPi package here https://pypi.org/project/aiomeasures/

We (Mozilla) received a security bug bounty report as one of our projects depended on aiomeasures but the PyPi package had been removed, making it available for an attacker to upload.

In Python 3.7 StopIteration exception doesn't stop iteration:
