Allow selection of specific json file instead of folder.

3D Tile viewer starts up with developer mode enabled.
Please fix, and create a new release

Please make the following changes:

• Remove the "3D Tile Inspector"
• Remove the Cesium icons and text from the bottom of the viewer and replace with the same as in the Asset viewer page.
• Do not display the globe.
• Do not display terrain or imagery
• All assets should be displayed at 0,0 coordinates, just like all in the asset viewer. Even if asset if already geo-referenced, also display it at 0,0.
• All assets should be have the save grey background as in the asset viewer.

Asset not displaying in 3DT local viewer

Please make the following changes:

• Add the FLY/ORBIT navigation modes
• NO FPV option.
• and the side "tools" menu.

In ORBIT mode, the middle click should be zoom and right click should be rotate.

When creating new Releases, add the release version in the zip file.

The viewer is showing an error on loading tilesets from newer version of UltraMesh.

Can you please update the local-viewer to correctly display the asset?

Unzip and you will find 2 foledrs:
tiles.1.6.2B is an older version of UltraMesh which loads and displays correctly in the 3d local viewer
tiles.1.6.7 is the newest version of UltraMesh and shows the error.

When I try to load this 3d tile into 3D Local Viewer, I get an error message.
Can you please investigate?

The measurement buttons are only clickable when the mouse pointer is on the top 1/3 of the button.
When the mouse pointer is on the lower 2/3 of the button, they are not clickable.

When 3DT Local viewer starts, the developer/debug menu is showing.
Please disable debug menu.
