phpdebugbar id missing

I have been trying to get this to work, but I am either doing something wrong or something is broken.

Using barryvdh/laravel-debugbar fork from maximebf/php-debugbar

Stepping through handle_phpdebugbar_response debugBarID comes back undefined.

Currently I am just using angular to return html pages, but I added one php page and that did not make a difference. Not sure that it would anyways.

The bindToXHR: function() in maximebf/php-debugbar debugbar.js does fire on all of my callbacks.

Trying to get to the root of the issue and figured I would start here.
