Currently the readme.md file doesn't contain any project specific information.
We can add project description, ways to contribute, setup instructions, file structure, UI screenshots, Tools and Technologies used in the readme.md to make it easy for any new contributor to get started with the project.

Since there are hover effects in left side links in the navbar, Same should be applied to the right side of language translation .

The project name headings on the project cards have a poor contrast due to which it is difficult to read for a visually impaired person.

Expected Solution

We can add a text background on project headings to make it easily visible.

Acknowledgement heading on the about page is not completely visible on small screen sizes.

Also, I think the font sizes on small screen sizes looks very large and can be reduced to a smaller font size.

Expected Behavior

Acknowledgement heading should be completely visible.
The font size of headings should be reduced to a descent font size for mobile.

It would be great to add an acknowledgements section to the About page. Here you can add in acknowledgements to:

• Funding & supporting organizations:
  • GSOC, Processing Foundation,
• Under the supervision & mentorship of:
  • Yining Shi
  • Joey Lee
  • Lauren McCarthy
  • p5 maintainers and contributors
• ... (any other relevant acknowledgement sections and people)

Currently we have translations for English, Spanish, Chinese and one more language (don't know). Hindi language is mother tongue to Indians and spoken commonly in some asian countries.

There should be translations for hindi on the project.

Steps to reproduce:

Visit: the webpage
Scrollbars are toggling repeatedly from normal position to overflowed because of the visualizations

I would like to fix this :)

On desktop: cards do not look identical and also the heading on the top of the card is not well aligned.

In mobile: Cards are overflowing and because of that some of the parts are hidden which creates a bad UX.

If you think this is a valid issue then please let me know, I will be happy to contribute.

In spanish, the generic word for welcome is "bienvenido", "bienvenide" is not even a word in spanish, it's like if you said "welcomu" in english. Same happens with "elles" in this page, the correct word is "ellos".

I know you guys have pressure from some groups regarding gender stuff, but I think this should not mean a wrong use of our language.

Bienvenide (wrong) -> Bienvenido (right)

elles (wrong) -> ellos (right)

The contrast and the UI of the cards in gallery section seems to be taking random height . Also the color contrast is poor. I would love to improve the card ui of the galley.

You might consider disabling the scroll zoom so that when people are scrolling on your page they don't affect the zoom. If yo decide to disable scroll zoom, make sure to include the zoom button controls so people can still zoom around.

The website is getting a horizontal scroll on mobile. Please refer the screenshot below.
