isl conflicts with defaults gcc

Causes failures in gcc unless the version is pinned to use the default channel instead. See details here: conda-forge/megaman-feedstock#3

Windows build is broken since 0.19

Per the discussion in #11, there was a decision to merge 0.19 release for Linux and OS X while letting someone who is interested in Windows support to fix the Windows build in a separate PR. You are very welcome to contribute the fix!
