Cash Out from Portal to OL account not arrived

Hi,

I would like to bring this issue to your notice again as it still has not finalised and the amount has not been transferred to my OL account.

14 days ago I did a Cash Out from my portal account to my OL account, with the intention to send the amount of 5000 compuceeds to my Trade-Ceeds account. Although it says completed in my Transaction log on my Portal account, these funds have still not shown up in my OL account, so I am unable to send them to Trade-Ceeds. See copies from my Portal and OL account below.

Cashout not processing due to Error Code 8

Hi Henry,
Cashout is not processing for Ratnadeep Pal username rani. The error
on top says " An Error occurred while processing your request.
ERROR CODE: 8" There is a new BTC Address for Ratnadeep Pal which is:
3L9Mgbzgi433yasY8RBNG2cfcHXPe7mjoD
The last time there was no problem to process the cashout and the
transaction had completed. The BTC address used was of her husband.

Kindly rectify the error as it is not known what error code 8 is.

I cashed out to my QuadrigaCX, Vancouver based exchange account, on Monday 5th,
On Tuesday 6th I purchased a Silver VPC and then on Thursday 8th I sent BTC0.03636770 / EUR19.95 from QuadrigaCX to my portal account to pay the EUR10.00 loan generated by the purchased Silver VPC - it is listed in my transactions as received.

When I sent the BTC0.03636770 from QuadrigaCX to my portal account I used my BTC Wallet Address, 13pj7jMiz4oWURYB4joywSJEfjLxrG2BPh, that is assigned to my account under the orange BTC Address button and not the Pay with Bitcoins address, 18JfrU6StM6z6ekSZJnDzDDZcFCov6XFFt, that appears after clicking the Bitcoin button under Billing.

Is that still ok? Can I pay for the VPC with the BTC19.95 recently received in my account or do I have to resend BTC from QuadrigaCX using 18JfrU6StM6z6ekSZJnDzDDZcFCov6XFFt?

Member Cashout Issue

They are from Lithuania, Portugal, the Nederlands, Ireland and one Swedish member,
so the problem is not tied to one area only

Initial error with first Cash-Out request

When doing my first Cash-Out request in the Portal account of unifictraders (Boyd Lancashire), due to difficulties with copy and pasting the BTC address from my exchanger wallet at Coin Jar, 2 extra digits were included in that BTC number, being: 157Se1wPhYG8bepjYyvyUt5nVFNmjnPNaa1B. This error was not picked up until after the request was made, causing the request to fail. Upon realising the error, additional funds were sent to the Portal account which were used to pay for the purchase of the Silver card, which was part of the withdrawal request requirements.

Once that was cleared, a second Cash-Out request was made using BTC #: 1CjqWebGNJiCiMJQCLBgGz8kYNHcpkVgEX, along with further Compuceeds being sent to my OL account, for further investment in Trade-Ceeds. To date, neither of these transactions have progressed any further than the Portal Transactions, Cash-Out reports page, which both transactions say they are "Completed".

I have contacted my RR regarding this situation and as a result have been directed to submit this report. Can I please have this investigated, so that my subsequent Cash-Out and Transfer requests are able to go through and payout as has been indicated they would.

For all previous transactions I have used Coinbase to send bitcoin to my portal. I can no longer use Coinbase from Canada. I used an Outside Exchanger with offices located in Vancouver, B.C. Canada called Quadriga.cx.

My payout request was done 24 hours ago in portal and is marked as pending.

Due to no longer being able to use Coinbase will I have a delay with processing because I had to use a different Exchanger? I am trying to measure the time it takes to process and receive a request to my new Exchanger as I have not used them before.

Completed Cashout for Audit

According to Trade-ceeds 175.83665090 out of the 257,000 BTCs on our reserves had been transmitted successfully which means that 389 requests should have been settled. I've already requested the receiving addresses so we can audit.

Coinbase fee - taken from payment amount...

Something to be aware of (at least in my area)
When sending the "exact amount" asked for, to pay for the Loan (purchase of SilverCard),
Coinbase included the fee in the amount sent - thus when I wanted to Mark as Paid I got the message:
Insufficient funds.
So had to do additional payments...
