Failing to run in nodejs

I'm trying to use this library in a universaljs app but am getting errors due to document being undefined.

This could be easily fixed by using var document = require("global/document") from global... Unfortunately global doesn't have a component.json file.

Any suggestions for getting this library working on nodejs? Happy to do a PR.

Upgrading debug to 2.6.7

The currently used version of the debug package (2.2.0) uses the ms 0.7.1 package, which has a "high risk" vulnerability (ReDos attack).

Would it be possible for you to upgrade to at least debug 2.2.7 so that it pulls in ms 2.0.0 which fixes the vulnerability?

Can you add a typescript type to this?

Support for samesite

would you please add if (options.samesite) str += '; samesite=' + options.samesite; to your set function?

cookie parse error

Cookie value parse error when you have a cookie with '=' in value. For example, this:
