Never mind. I found deep in the documentation a way to clear the cache (I wonder why cache is not false by default)

.pipe(swig({defaults: { cache: false }}))

The defaults options was purposely left alone so that it works just as you would expect it to work if using it directly with swig. See their docs: http://paularmstrong.github.io/swig/docs/api/#SwigOpts

I just had the same problem and had to dig around for the solution @harrypujols has above.

Had the same problem and used the solution @harrypujols suggested. Looks like the cache kicks in every time after the first compile, caching everything and making it quite useless.. Maybe I'm missing the point, though..
