[Region] 增加根据名称查询区划列表的功能
在很多场景下, 可能会有根据名字查询的需要
考虑添加对应的功能, 虽然只能搜到街道, 但是聊胜于无
[Xunit] 添加一个用于方便Xunit单元测试的包
初步只打算做一个排序功能
[Tool] 优化基础工具包
现在主要是需要删减优化程序集相关扩展
当前的程序集扩展非常模糊, 使用不便并且容易产生副作用
[Tool] Rsa加解密功能
[Region] 提供简单的匹配方法
有时候需要根据一个地址的描述获取对应的区划, 但是很有可能输入的地址不规范
比如, 标准一点的输入是 江苏省常州市新北区 , 但是有些时候会收到 江苏常州新北 这样的输入
所以考虑添加方法快速获取区划
