if the contextual help in the pop-up-window is tagged, both tracking-arrows (start/stop Tracking) are shown.

When I add this link to a contextual help doc [wwwroot]file/add/[username]

the resulting URL is http://site.com/file/add/[wwwroot]file/add/[username]

When Support Staff close or reopen a Ticket, the creator of the Ticket get the Notification "You have a new comment" without a link to the Ticket. Maybe this can be changed in a more meaningful Notification like "Your Ticket was closed" with a Link to the Ticket?

It still shows "My Support tickets" in the main navigation even after selecting "No" for "Add a site menu item for the Help Center" in the admin panel.

add some list to see which users are on the support staff

The site admin gets a blank white page when trying to edit a support ticket.
Bellow is the url when I get a blank screen
www.mywebsite.com//user_support/support_ticket/edit/xxxx (xxxx being the ticket number).

I tried this both on my local server and vps same results in both installs running elgg 1.9.8.

When logged out, if this hook fires a fatal error is generated as the user entity is assumed. This is an invalid assumption for a permissions check.
Need to add a check for a valid user entity.

If you edit content (e.g. a blog, a coop-page) and send a question via the support-center in the lightbox popup-window, the unsaved content get lost. Is it possible to send the request via ajax?

If admins receive feedback from members through means other than support tickets, there is currently no easy way to create a support ticket for that user. It would be really nice if the admin could create a support ticket and tag it to a user account to facilitate the use of support tickets as the primary means for site feedback and bug/enhancement tracking.

If you have support tickets open and you're viewing all FAQ items, then click on "Read more" for one of the FAQ, you'll see "user_support/support_ticket/add" is showing in the "Contextual help" dropdown field.

Just noticed that the above bug fix has done something funny with the way that the tickets are displayed on the support tickets url www.mysite.co.uk/user_support/support_ticket.

It is not possible to embed a file with the embed-/embed-extended-function or setting a link via the ckeditor-dialog in the contextual help.

Normal user with extra permission to respond to tickets

If the button is set to the top left, you can only move it up. If it is set bottom left, you can only move it down. I want it a little lower than top left, and this does not seem possible.
