Offers users the ability to remove their account from the network

Features

• User can delete him/herself by going to Settings -> Account Removal
• User needs to confirm removal by mail
• Admin settings to configure
  • disable or delete or both
  • reason required
• Admins can't remove themselves

account_removal's Issues

notify_user has changed - causes plugin to fail

the two calls in functions.php to notify_user are providing incorrect parameters and the account deletion process fails in elgg 2.3.
5 parameters are given, but only 4 are needed. the 4th 'null' needs to be removed and the final string 'email' needs to be put inside an array.

notify_user($user_guid, $site->getGUID(), $subject, $message, array('email'));

delete confirm needed for admin

when an admin account is removed add extra confirm

retaining period

after removal keep account for x amount of time before actual removal
