Lines Animating Vertically, but it one long line made up of the 5 Component Lines

Hi

Thanks for sharing such a great resource. I set up basic document to play with the code and i've run into a problem - the lines all animate, but they animate down the div and then break out at the bottom in one long vertical line made up of the five lines. I can't seem to work out the problem. Because it animates, I know all the JS files are being called OK.

Below is my code for the JS and CSS files. Github won't let me include the HTML code? Any help would be wonderful.
