Describe the bug
The API start_timestamp and end_timestamp parameters use the current date, not the date of the timestamp query string.

To Reproduce
See /api/v1/today/now/near?timestamp=1628009100

Expected behavior
The timestamps are on 8/3/21 (the date of the timestamp)

Recent changes to how schedules are defined broke the admin schedule editor. It should be updated to allow the administrator to edit an overlay file which sits atop the base schedule files, and differences should be resolved to keep this file as minimal as possible.

It would be a cool/fun touch if you could add confetti to the website and Extension (if possible). The confetti could go off after each period, or maybe just at the end of the day. I think It would also be nice if there's a window that you can see the confetti in after the end of the event, that way you don't have to actively be on the page at that exact moment to see it. For Example, say I go and look at the site for the first time 30 minutes after the end of school, it would be cool if the animation would still play on the "School's out!" screen within a certain window after the end (with a short delay to allow the page to load). And maybe the animation only plays the first time you load the page after the end event, that way they can't just keep refreshing to see it again, meaning it stays special and they have to wait till tomorrow to see it again.

I like the colors in the Example, but you could also make it configurable with your theming stuff if you want.

That's my fun suggestion, take it or leave it, lol. I think it would be really unique.

Can't delete a period from the schedule editor

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the schedule editor and authenticate
2. Select a schedule type and period
3. Try to delete the period (- button)

Expected behavior
The period gets removed

The endpoint should generate an iCal file with class periods given a certain date range specified as a query string. It should contain recurrence data for the typical schedule, and one-time events + recurrence exceptions for special cases.

We have some custom widgets we need to assign aria attributes to.

It should say just "School's out" like old ETHSBell

Using the timeline page side-scrolling menu on a chrome book will instead do the back and forward hand gestures for chrome resulting in the page going back to the previous page constantly. Also, Consider ways you can make it clearer that the timeline is scrollable.

API endpoints should be added under /api/legacy which match the original ETHSBell's API as closely as possible.

Possibly attach a Warning or Deprecation header to notify developers that the API is no longer a focus.

@oliverleopold please let me know about every endpoint so I can fully implement them.
