Improve handling of rtl text like Arabic

#65 used CSS to set the text direction for Arabic, but best practice is to set the 'dir' attribute on the <html> tag. Nuxt i18n maybe adding this as a feature, so keep an eye on this issue to see if / when it gets added, or make your own plugin as discussed in the bug: nuxt-modules/i18n#762

Add CD 10th birthday slice/card to the homepage

Remove old infra for coderdojo.com

Following the launch of the new coderdojo.com site, we can remove the old infrastructure for coderdojo.com (not Zen 😅 ), including

Wordpress docker instance on AWS ECS

Possibly other bits.

Newsletter link causing 404 problems

Amy sent out a newsletter with a link to 'https://coderdojo.com/ways-to-run/', but some people are having issues when following it.

Some people are using the link, but it is directing them to something like this: https://coderdojo.com/ways-to-run/?mc_cid=00fa411f0a&mc_eid=5ced5a2ba5

Which then causes problems with redirection from Zen to CoderDojo's Netlify/Vue site.

Hunch is that the query string maybe something user-specific, but this should be ignored when checking if the URL should be redirected, etc.

Homepage: Dojo count incorrect on `en` version

The number of Dojos is incorrect on the English home page, but is accurate on the other language versions.

Add support for redirecting to the project if it exists

The resources page is misleading as long as the projects demoed are redirecting to the projects.rpf.org/cd url.
Being able to redirect to the project directly, or to the coderdojo.org or to the project listing with the right language should ease that.

Link to help translate is misleading

the link to the translations on the pages https://coderdojo.com/ and zen.coderdojo.com is wrong.

It should be https://crowdin.com/profile/coderdojo
and not
https://help.coderdojo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002700443-Help-CoderDojo-with-translation
which points to
https://help.coderdojo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002702123-Using-CrowdIn-Our-translation-tool
which points to
https://crowdin.com/project/zen-community-platform
which is outdated.

This link for all platforms should be used on both platforms so people know that there exist multiple sources for what they may want to translate. Otherwise, I click on the same link on coderDojo.com, translate everything and ask myself why zen ist not translated.

Unrecognised query string params cause a 404

When visiting

a 404 is returned, when without the query string params the page works fine.
