When a live stream is stopped from the streamer, the HLS player doesn't have any way of knowing it. It keeps requesting for the playlist, media files from server which have been deleted by the cleanup function and the server throws "Invalid Resource ID".

Actionables:

• First stop the FFmpeg process and add EXT-X-ENDLIST to the playlist
• Wait for 2x hls_time seconds so that all players catch up to the update
• Now delete the resource output directory

Right now, we just kill the process without any graceful mechanism like SIGTERM or SIGINT. It might leave some unused resource/subprocess without properly cleaning them.

Actionables:

1. Send q from stdin of the command since SIGINT is not implemented in windows.
2. Wait for a timeout of 10s and see if it terminates gracefully.
3. If not, kill the process.
4. [Optional] Try to create a process group pid for the command and then kill to make sure all of it's subprocesses are also killed.
