WhatsApp-groupadd is a Python code which helps it users to add people to a specific whatsapp group without directly saving their numbers.

Requirements

Python Csv file containing the contacts in the desired format as shown in the Samples folder Selenium Gecodriver

Installation

Use the package manager pip to install Python.

pip install selenium
pip install selenium-requests

Use the link geckodriver to install the webdriver.

Usage

Clone the repo and edit the people.csv file in the Samples folder

Import the csv in to your google account

Run the python file

Enter the name of the group you want to add people to

Once you get this screen.

Open WhatsApp in your device and scan the QR code displayed on the screen.

whatsapp-groupadd's Issues

Group not found error

It just keeps showing the exception that the whatsapp group doesn't exist . I even tried naming the group without space, with an underscore, but it doesn't work.
