I created an account with an empty password and got the below error when I tried to export it.

$ cckey export -a tccqpsgxfq4x704yjpp2e5rt2wtnfw7qxngrus0wgzg
? Enter your passphrase please
TypeError: First argument must be a string, Buffer, ArrayBuffer, Array, or array-like object.

Currently, codechain-keystore-cli doesn't allow an empty passphrase.

If we get a password via a command-line, the shell may record the password.

cckey create -t platform --passphrase "my password"

looks more natural.

Add an alternative storage backend which stores each key in the specified directory.

The new version of KeyStore has changed serialization format.
We should support users could migrate the old formatted file to a new formatted file easily.

Below is printed result from cckey create --help

  Usage: create [options]

  create a new key

  Options:

    -p, --passphrase <passphrase>  passphrase
    -h, --help                     output usage information

The help message does not describe common parameters, like --account-type, --keys-path, and --network-id`. A user may confuse how she/he set an account type or network id.
We should show common parameters in subcommand's help message.

--keys-path specifies the path to store the keys.

Check if the given address is well-formed.
