Currently, the sequence of the params is fixed to 0.
It should be given from the user.
Since the page is deployed with https, a user using Firefox could not send RPC to localhost.
Chrome users could use it, we should inform users about that.
Currently, the page uses alert for the error message. We need a better UI.
