Tools make some actions more effective. Weapons make warlike actions more effective.

Can be put before subdivision into food construction etc. But probably better to have activities as part of subdivision of work.
Could be divided into soldiering, governing, religious duties, trading, teaching, theorizing, mining, celebrating and crafting. But probably not that many to begin with.

Also hook up fortifications correctly to these events as a multiplier for the soldiers.

Can have its own population feedback systems

Ties in with event system and with military loops. Also implies that geography is represented somehow.

Somehow, everything in the model so far is tied to a certain location. Needs to be represented somehow. Doesn't have to be a grid, can be more amorphous, storybook like.

Right now main.js is being sketchily connected to ui test. It would be better if it were less sketchily connected using jquery.

Or perhaps have stocks surfaced on all paths.
