Should be jpg, png, or gif only. May want to validate this on both frontend and backend for security reasons. I think we can set allowed file types on the file input, and then probably validate mime type when processing the save/update.

we don't want people adding sites that don't belong to them! user will need to add a meta tag or something similar (or the code itself?) to the base url to validate whether the site belongs to them.

• Add dropdown under admin settings to pull from a list of installed themes in the stylesheets folder by filename/folder name
• Add backend processing to set theme with the settings plugin
• Based on admin's theme setting, apply correct stylesheet to page

With some settings that the admin can edit—introductory text, rules, logo, background image, etc.

Site should generate a snippet that will display a link to the previous site, a link to the ring homepage, and a link to the next site. Probably the least invasive way to do this is to redirect traffic through the webring itself by finding the previous or next active site based on the passed ID (or the referring URL?)

Can base on the function to check for the ownership verification tag, probably. Should be able to find the code generated by #14 and confirm its presence. If it's not present when checked for, the site should be set to inactive.

User: display name, site name, URL, site description, optional profile picture (use adorable avatars for default?), is admin, is approved, password hash

Instructions for deploying and setting up the site are kind of sparse right now and should include how to use the rake setup script.
